Tasting Notes
Colour
Dense amber-gold with copper-bronze sheen and a warm mahogany edge, a rich, honeyed glow.
Nose
Opulent sherried bouquet of plump dried fruits—raisin and fig—folded with almond notes, caramelized vanilla, and a whisper of cocoa. Subtle spice, orange zest, and a warm oak backbone weave through a polished, old-world richness.
Palate
Silky, fruit-forward palate with orchard apple and pear, nuanced by a gentle sherry echo. Malt sweetness threads through toasted oak, carrying caramel and honey notes. Dried fig and walnut deepen the mid-palate, subtly spiced by cinnamon and nutmeg. Finishes warm and refined, with cocoa notes and a lingering, elegant oak glow.
Finish
Long, luxurious finish with sherried sweetness of dried fig and raisin, unfolding into dark chocolate, toasted almond, and a whisper of spice. The oak and a gentle tobacco note linger in a velvety, warm afterglow.
