Nose
Luxuriously PX-sherried nose, bursting with burnt toffee and jammy dark fruit; stewed berries mingle with peat and a whisper of maritime smoke, all wrapped in warm sherry sweetness.
Palate
Silky and indulgent, the palate opens with burnt toffee and PX-rich sweetness, wrapped around stewed berries. Coastal peat threads through, delivering a smoky, maritime bite. A rich, syrupy mouthfeel lingers with dark chocolate, spice and a long, saline finish.
Finish
Long, velvety finish of burnt toffee and stewed berries, braided with peat and maritime smoke. PX sweetness lingers on the palate, gradually fading into a warm, coastal, smoky afterglow.
