Garden mint and dark rye bread form the core, bright cola cubes lending lift, and a sweet maple syrup glaze on ham; a generous hint of Mississippi mud pie lingers at the edge.
Palate
Thick and chewy, delivering mint chocolate chip ice cream, menthol, lime cordial, and toasted rye bread, with warming clove and nutmeg.
Finish
Mint cake and chocolate linger, with dark rye bread and a halo of aromatic spices. Herbal menthol notes weave through the long, cool finish.
