Knob Creek
Knob Creek was created in 1992 by Booker Noe as part of Jim Beam’s Small Batch Bourbon Collection, at a time when bourbon was still largely associated with lighter, lower-proof styles. The brand was inspired by the Bottled-in-Bond Act and by pre-Prohibition whiskey, with the aim of bringing back a fuller, older, higher-proof style of bourbon.
