The core bourbon remains built around that same formula: a minimum of 9 years old and bottled at 100 proof, giving it a bolder oak-driven style than many mainstream bourbons. Over time the range has expanded into Single Barrel, Rye, 12 Year Old, 18 Year Old, and, more recently, 21 Year Old, released in October 2025 as the oldest Knob Creek bottling to date.
