In 2014 a passion turned into a hobby which turned into a business. The Red Cask was created out of necessity and for a single purpose – to produce exquisite 1st fill sherry releases. A marriage between Scotland and Spain.

All of their whisky is matured in the finest first fill sherry casks from Jerez in Spain. There can be no shortcuts to creating such natural colour and taste.

Every cask is hand-selected by their tasting panel. The whiskies are bottled at cask strength without chill filtration to provide a pure whisky experience from a bygone era.
