Dark dried fruits—fig, raisin, and plum—lead the nose, brightened by sherry's molasses and vanilla. Subtle cocoa, toasted almond, and spices like cinnamon and clove unfold, while polished oak and a whisper of leather lend warm, refined depth.
Palate
Silky and medium-bodied, this eight-year-old delivers sherried richness with raisin and fig, folded into toffee and dark chocolate. A thread of clove and cinnamon, brightened by citrus zest, rests on subtle oak. The palate finishes smooth, with cocoa, warm spices, and a refined, lingering sweetness.
Finish
Silky, lingering finish coats the palate with sherry-soaked fruit—raisin, fig and prune—alongside velvety cacao, toasted almond, and a whisper of spice. Warm oak threads through, slowly fading and inviting the next refined sip.
