Tasting Notes
Colour
Deep golden amber with a sunlit copper glow and subtle mahogany edge.
Nose
Dark, aged aromas unfold with dried fig, raisin and plum, lacquered by gentle sherry sweetness. Cocoa, walnut and leather mingle with tobacco and spice, then a bright hint of orange zest rounds the scent, a ghost of decades in cask.
Palate
Silky, well-aged on the palate with quiet depth and refined sweetness. Dried orchard fruits and raisin mingle with honeyed vanilla, while toasted almond adds nutty richness. Subtle spice—cinnamon and nutmeg—winds through fine oak and a waxy note. Long, elegant finish with a delicate leather echo.
Finish
Long, refined finish of dark fruit and cocoa, folded into sherried oak with a whisper of spice. Velvet warmth lingers, flavored with toasted almond and a hint of sweetness that invites the next sip.
