Colour

Nose
Rich sherry aroma, sultana and raisin swelling beside orange zest and honeyed malt. Spiced warmth—cinnamon and clove—threads through vanilla and toasted oak, with a subtle nutty nuance of almonds and caramel from the Solera Vat’s mellowing influence.
Palate
Silky and full, this palate marries sherry-soaked richness with fresh oak. Dried plum and raisin ride a wave of orange zest, fig and almond, shored by cocoa and toffee. Warm spice—cinnamon and clove—unfolds smoothly, leaving a polished, nutty oak finish that lingers with refined sweetness.
Finish
Long and velvety, the finish threads warm sherry sweetness with toasted oak and spice. Dried fruit, fig, and almond persist, slowly fading into a delicate cocoa-tobacco twilight and a comforting warmth.
