After many years ageing in oak casks, our Malt Master’s Edition spends its final years in sherry casks. This layers an unmatched depth of aroma and flavour in each one of our individually crafted batches.

Tasting Notes
Colour
Deep amber with a radiant copper-gold glow and mahogany undertones, a warm, sherry-tinged hue.
Nose
Damp earth entwines with whisky-soaked wood, unfolding deep vanilla and smoldering embers.
Palate
Rich, multi-layered palate shaped by double-maturation, with sherbet brightness giving way to warming spice. Plum and cherry emerge, supported by toasted almonds and hints of fruit cake.
Finish
Silky and smooth to the last drop, this finish drapes the palate in creamy vanilla and warm sherry-kissed oak, with lingering dried fruit, a whisper of spice, and a velvet, comforting warmth that fades slowly.
