Nose

Opulent sherry dominates, releasing dark fig, raisin and date tangled with vanilla, toffee and caramel. Rich walnut and almond add depth, while spices—cinnamon, clove and nutmeg—sparkle through. Subtle leather, cocoa and a polished oak backbone bring maturity, and a warm, peppery lift from the high ABV keeps the bouquet vibrant and inviting.

Palate

Powerful and opulent, this palate is dominated by sherried richness: raisin, fig and plum mingle with dark chocolate, toffee and a kiss of espresso. Velvet vanilla and ripe oak spice—cinnamon and clove—lend warmth and structure, while subtle leather adds depth. A formidable mouthfeel at 51% ABV, finishing long with mocha sweetness and a refined, dried-fruit fade.

Long, warming finish of sherry-dark fruit, fig and raisin, carried by toasted oak. Cinnamon and clove spice linger, with a bright note of orange zest; cocoa-dusted, then a refined, dry oak fade.
