Colour

Nose

Rich sherry-warmed aroma floods the nose, with dark fruits—raisins, fig, date—layered with candied orange peel. Toasted oak and vanilla lend caramel sweetness, while cinnamon and clove spice mingle with nutty almond and a hint of chocolate. At cask-strength, the aromatic profile is dense, inviting, and luxuriously persistent.

Palate

On the palate it surges with oaken warmth and pronounced sherry. Dried fruit such as raisin, fig and plum mingle with treacle, cocoa and espresso, while cinnamon, clove and nutmeg lace a bright, spicy lift. Rich, full-bodied and velvety, it carries the 60% ABV with a long, warming finish of oak and spice.

Finish

An enduring, warming finish that lingers with dark fruit and baking-spice richness. Apricot, fig and cocoa melt into toasted oak, while a peppery, cinnamon-laced warmth remains long after the sip, tapering to a refined sherried dryness.
