Nose

Delicate, inviting nose from a Highland malt: orchard fruits, ripe pear and apple, bathed in honey and vanilla, with a creamy malt presence and a whisper of toasted oak. Subtle almond notes and citrus zest lend lift and mineral freshness.

Palate

Silky and mellow on the palate, with creamy vanilla and toffee weaving around orchard fruit—pear and apple—supported by a refined sherry sweetness. Subtle spice and almond mingle with a hint of cocoa against soft oak, delivering a refined, velvety mouthfeel. The finish is long and warm, gently spiced, leaving a honeyed orchard fade.

Finish

Long, refined finish unfurls with sherry-dark fruit, toasted oak and velvety malt. Cocoa, vanilla and spice linger softly, tapering to a warm, orchard-fruit sweetness that sticks to the palate with elegant persistence.
