Soft, fragrant nose of malt and sun-kissed orchard fruits, layered with creamy vanilla and a touch of almond. Subtle honey and a whisper of spice mingle with citrus zest, drifting over delicate malt to reveal a refined Highland elegance.

Palate

Light and silky on the palate, this gentle Highland malt carries a delicate malt backbone with orchard fruit—green apple and pear—alongside creamy vanilla and a touch of honey. Subtle citrus zest and a whisper of oak add quiet spice, while a smooth, lightly waxy mouthfeel lingers into a soft almond finish with a hint of citrus.

Finish

Long, sherry-led finish with raisin and fig, bright orange zest, and a wisp of spice and cocoa, fading to polished oak and lingering malt sweetness.

(Glen - VHAR) Glen Mhor was a Highland single malt Scotch whisky distillery in Inverness, built in 1892 by John Birnie and Charles Mackinlay. It stood beside the Caledonian Canal and was closely linked to Glen Albyn, which Mackinlay & Birnie acquired in 1920. Glen Mhor was also notable for its malting history, becoming an early Scotch whisky distillery to use Saladin box maltings, which remained in use until the maltings closed in 1980.
