Elegant and subtle, the nose unfolds with fresh barley, green apples and ripe pear, lifted by delicate floral notes, vanilla and lime curd.
Palate
A lively fizz of spice on a clean, elegant mouthfeel, it reveals crisp green orchard fruit against a deftly balanced oak, with peppery warmth that lingers and subtly elevates the finish.
Finish
Long and elegant, a dusting of spice rests on poached pear and green fig, while peppery vanilla oak lingers, punctuated by a lime cheesecake note.
