A 14 year old Barbados rum from Foursquare’s Doorly’s range, bottled at 48% ABV and matured in a combination of ex-bourbon and a portion finished in ex-Madeira casks. No added sugar or flavourings are used, with a touch of caramel added only to restore natural colour from the cask ageing.

Rich and expressive, it combines tropical fruit, spice and oak influence from long tropical ageing, layered with notes of toffee apple, ginger, dark chocolate orange and dried fruit.

Foursquare Rum Distillery was established in 1996 in St Philip, Barbados, by the Seale family, whose wider business, R.L. Seale & Co., dates back to 1926. The distillery was built on the site of a former sugar factory, which gives it a stronger historical connection than its modern founding date might suggest, and it remains a fourth-generation Barbadian family business under Richard Seale.
