Tasting Notes

Colour

Honey-golden with warm amber depths and subtle coppery glints, a luminous, sun-kissed bronze when held to the light.

Nose

Opulent nose of toffee and honeyed malt, lifted by dried fruits—raisin, fig and plum—from sherry-cask maturation. Vanilla and almond mingle with warm oak, a touch of cocoa, and a subtle spice, evoking luxury and refined sweetness.

Palate

Silky and full on the palate, it offers honeyed sweetness with dried plum and raisin, layered with toffee and dark chocolate. Sherry influence adds nutty depth, while soft oak and gentle spice—cinnamon and nutmeg—carry a long, creamy finish.

Finish

Sherry-kissed finish with silky oak and warm spice. Dried fruit and orange zest linger, melding with cocoa-sweetness before gently fading into a refined, nutty glow.
