Colour

Golden amber with warm honey undertones and a subtle copper glow.

Nose

Soft, honeyed aromas lead the way, with light malt and grain sweetness. Dried fruit notes of raisin and fig mingle with vanilla and a touch of oak, while a whisper of sherry adds warmth and depth. A hint of spice and creamy toffee round out the bouquet.

Palate

Silky and approachable, the palate opens with creamy toffee and honey, followed by orchard fruit and a gentle malt sweetness. Vanilla-backed oak provides warmth, while a soft spice lingers, finishing with caramel and a hint of nutty sweetness.

Finish

Long and silky, this finishes with honeyed sweetness, vanilla and gentle malt. Subtle oak and spice persist, warming the palate with a clean, refined finish that lingers softly.
