Colour
Deep amber-gold with bronze-copper warmth and a hint of mahogany at the edge.
Nose
Sherry-kissed on the nose, with dried fig and raisin pairing with orange zest, walnut and toffee. Subtle cocoa nibs, almond paste and warm spice mingle with polished oak, delivering a luxurious, velvety perfume that hints at depth from this Highland single cask.
Palate
On the palate, a silky, medium-bodied swirl of sherried warmth and raisin-fig sweetness. Dried orange peel and cocoa merge with toasted almond and cinnamon-spice, while velvet caramel coats the mid-palate. Polished oak guides a refined, lingering finish that feels indulgent yet poised.
Finish
Long, polished finish with dark raisins and fig, a nutty almond and cocoa undertone, and a warm sherry-spice echo that lingers beside gentle oak.
