A independent single cask offering of Edradour single malt from its owners Signatory.
Distilled on 29th November 2006 and aged for 10 years in a refill Sherry cask.
Bottled 12th September 2017.
Natural colour and non chill filtered.
Whilst Edradour is no longer "Scotland's smallest distillery" they still only make a few barrels a week so single cask releases from this much loved distillery sell out very quickly.

Tasting Notes
Colour
Golden amber with a warm copper glow.
Nose
Sherry-kissed and inviting, with red berries and dried fig leading the aroma, joined by raisin and almond. A cocoa-tinted sweetness and caramel glaze drift over polished oak, accented by gentle spice for a luxurious, balanced perfume.
Palate
Silky and balanced, the palate reveals a gentle Sherry glow. Dried fruit—raisin and fig—mingle with honeyed malt, while warm spices of cinnamon and nutmeg rise softly. Almond and a hint of cocoa frame the delicate oak, finishing long with caramel and subtle spice.
Finish
Silky, lingering finish with a soft Sherry warmth from the refill cask. Dried-fruit sweetness—plum and raisin—meets toasted almond, cocoa and subtle spice, tapering to elegant oak with a vanilla glow.
