Nose

Warm and inviting, the nose opens with honeyed vanilla, toffee and orchard fruit. Dried fruit, almond and gentle spice drift through creamy oak, while a light sherry sweetness lends elegance and a refined, lingering finish.

Palate

Silky and refined, this 18-year-old Irish whisky coats the palate with honeyed vanilla, creamy toffee and orchard fruit. Subtle raisin and dried apricot emerge over polished oak, while delicate spice—nutmeg and clove—lingers, finishing warm, smooth, and softly toffee-toned.

Finish

A long, velvety finish that slowly unfurls vanilla and toasted oak, with subtle spice and dried fruit, fading into soft cocoa and a final warm flourish.
