Colour

Golden amber with warm coppery highlights.

Nose

Rich sherry influence floods the nose: toffee and honeyed vanilla, layered with ripe orchard fruit—apple and pear. Dried fig, raisin and orange peel emerge, entwined with warm spice—cinnamon and clove—settling over polished oak. A festive, inviting aroma with creamy sweetness and a comforting, lingering glow.

Palate

Silky and balanced on the palate, it delivers vanilla cream, honeyed orchard fruits and citrus zest, with a touch of toffee. Subtle almond and spice mingle with gentle oak, finishing warm, refined, and softly lingering.

Finish

Silky, medium-long finish of vanilla and toasted oak gives way to rich dried fruits and cocoa. A gentle spice lingers, crowned by a bright orange note and a refined kiss of sherry sweetness that stays warm and inviting.
