Tasting Notes
Colour
A sunlit spectrum from pale straw-gold to warm amber, bright and inviting with a refined honeyed glow.
Nose
Delicate white florals spill with fresh citrus and orchard fruit, a gentle honeyed sweetness and vanilla underpinned by soft malt. Subtle almond and barley sugar drift through airy oak, a pristinely clean Lowland perfume—elegant, approachable, and quietly refined.
Palate
Delicate and floral on the palate, with orchard fruit, vanilla cream and honey carrying a soft malt sweetness. A whisper of spice and gentle oak surface, while subtle sherry depth from the Three Wood lingers. The texture remains light and creamy, finishing clean, refined, and with a touch of citrus.
Finish
Refined and poised, the finish unfolds with delicate sweetness—vanilla and honey gliding across citrus zest and soft malt, then a gentle wave of oak. Subtle spice threads through the palate, lingering long and cooling with a faint almond finish. A quiet, elegant closure that embodies the Lowland’s floral sophistication.
