Each cracker contains a 30ml dram of Evan Williams 1783, a party hat, and a traditionally terrible joke.

Tasting Notes

Colour

Golden amber with honeyed warmth and a coppery glow.

Nose

Opulent vanilla and caramel lead the nose, giving way to toasted oak and brown sugar. A delicate corn sweetness threads through baking spices—cinnamon and nutmeg—settling into a creamy, sun-warmed bourbon glow.

Palate

Silky and inviting, the palate opens with vanilla and caramel, weaving in toffee and toasted oak. A touch of brown sugar rounds the mid-palate, while orange zest brightness and mild cinnamon spice add lift. The finish is warm and lingering, a creamy caramel-vanilla fade with oak notes.

Finish

Elegant, long finish with a warm, satin mouthfeel. Vanilla and caramel unfold into toasted oak, a gentle spice, and a soft, persistent warmth that lingers invitingly after each sip.
