Tasting Notes

Colour

A luxurious spectrum of golden amber to copper bronze, gleaming with honeyed highlights that catch the light and promise oak and spice.

Nose

Warm and inviting, caramelised apple and vanilla ride over toasted oak. Subtle spice—cinnamon, nutmeg, clove—swirls with orange zest and a whisper of dried fruit. A gentle sherry note and cocoa sweetness weave through the frame, hinting at festive richness and the promise of six evening drams.

Palate

From lush sherry-influenced sweetness to bright spice, each dram unveils a festive palate: raisin and fig, toffee and cocoa, orange zest with cinnamon, all wrapped in velvety oak and a warming, lingering finish.

Finish

A long, refined finish that lingers with warm oak, toffee and vanilla, edged by gentle spice and a whisper of sherry; a festive, velvet fade that invites another dram.
