Colour

Golden amber with sunlit copper highlights.

Nose

Rich, festive nose of sherry-influenced sweetness, with dried fruits and orange zest, layered over toasted oak and vanilla. Cinnamon and nutmeg spice mingle with honeyed caramel, while almonds and a whisper of waxy polish from the bauble presentation add depth.

Palate

Silky and warming on the palate, with toffee, vanilla and dried fruit folded through gentle spice. Soft oak provides structure, while cocoa and a touch of citrus linger, delivering a festive, comforting finish.

Finish

A warm, lingering finish with whispers of spice and oak, a gentle sweetness unfolding and fading into a clean, refined afterglow.
