Courvoisier V.S.O.P is a perfect balance of several crus such as Fins Bois, Grande & Petite Champagnes expertly blended at the peak of their aromatic potential and aged for between 8 and 12 years in French oak barrels.

The resulting liquid has predominant peach aromas, a nutty and sweet palate and a fruity and floral finish.

Predominant ripe peach on the nose, lifted by delicate floral notes with a subtle, oak-derived nutty hint from French-cask maturation.

Silky and balanced, the palate reveals peach-forward sweetness tempered by nutty almond notes and a touch of vanilla from French oak. Rich yet refined, it finishes long with fruity, floral echoes.

Finish

A refined, lingering finish of peach fruit that dissolves into a gentle floral bouquet, with a soft nutty sweetness and a whisper of vanilla from the French oak.

Courvoisier
Courvoisier was founded in Jarnac in 1828 by Félix Courvoisier and Jules Gallois, and it remains one of the best-known names in Cognac. Its history is closely tied to Napoleon: the house says Napoleon Bonaparte visited the Courvoisier cellars in 1811, and in 1869 Courvoisier was named official supplier to Napoleon III’s Imperial Court, a distinction that helped establish its reputation well beyond France.
