Tasting Notes
Colour
Rich golden amber with warm honey hues and coppery undertones.
Nose
Opulent and refined, the nose opens with ripe orchard fruit: apple and pear, woven with vanilla, honeyed malt, and a touch of oak. A whisper of dried fruit and almond hints at sherry cask maturation, while a mellow, creamy sweetness lends warmth and Highlands poise.
Palate
Silky and balanced, the palate carries a honeyed maltiness with orchard fruit and dried apricot. Subtle sherry sweetness threads through toasted oak, vanilla and light spice, unfolding into a warm, lingering finish of gentle fruit and malt.
Finish
Long, warming finish with polished oak and a touch of sherry sweetness. Dried fruit, dark cocoa and spice linger, tapering to almond and gentle smoke as the glow slowly fades.
