Chivas Regal Special Reserve 15 Year Old (often labelled XV) is a premium blended Scotch whisky aged for a minimum of 15 years and bottled at 40% ABV.
The blend combines a selection of mature malt and grain whiskies drawn from across Scotland before a portion undergoes a selective finish in French oak casks that previously held Grande Champagne Cognac, adding an extra layer of richness and complexity to the final whisky.
