Tasting Notes

Nose

Warm, honeyed aromas rise, revealing vanilla, toffee, and orange zest. Subtle apple and raisin notes hint at sherry sweetness, underpinned by soft malt and oak with a gentle, lingering spice.

Palate

Silky and creamy on the palate, with honeyed sweetness, vanilla and toffee, complemented by ripe orchard fruit and a touch of citrus. Soft spice from nutmeg and cinnamon lingers mid-palate, supported by gentle oak. The finish is warm and persistent, with mellow sweetness and a whisper of cocoa.

Finish

Silky, lingering finish of honeyed sweetness and vanilla, with hints of toffee and dried fruit. A delicate spice threads through, guided by warm oak, leaving a refined, comforting glow that fades gracefully.
