Tasting Notes

Colour

Warm amber-gold with honeyed bronze highlights and a sunlit caramel glow.

Nose

Vanilla bean and toffee rise with maple sweetness, tempered by soft oak. Fresh corn and grain deliver a light malty sweetness, while citrus zest and green apple add lift. A delicate whisper of spice—cinnamon and white pepper—lingers in the background, finishing clean and inviting.

Palate

Silky, medium-bodied on the palate, with creamy vanilla and caramel leading the sweetness, shaded by honeyed maple and a whisper of rye spice. Subtle oak lends depth, while a gentle citrus lift keeps the finish fresh and approachable.

Finish

Silky, medium-length finish of vanilla and toffee, bright orange zest, and toasted oak. A gentle rye-spice warmth lingers, fading to a refined cedar-tinged glow.
