12-year-old Canadian whisky presents a soft, inviting nose: vanilla and toffee rise from polished oak, with maple sweetness and citrus zest. Creamy caramel lingers as baked apple and pear unfold, while delicate spices—clove and nutmeg—add a refined, velvety depth.

Palate

Silky and approachable, the palate unfolds with honeyed vanilla, caramel, and soft toffee. Subtle oak spice—cinnamon and nutmeg—drift through alongside dried fruit and a whisper of orange zest. Creamy texture coats the mouth, delivering a mellow, balanced sweetness that fades to warm, lightly oaken finish.

Finish

Silky and refined, the finish lingers with warm vanilla and toffee, folded into soft oak. A whisper of rye spice steadies the sweetness, then fades to a creamy, cedar-dusted glow that settles into a clean, pleasantly long aftertaste.

Originally known as Club Whisky, it gained its name from the American and Canadian gentlemen’s clubs where it became popular, with “Canadian” later added to the label to distinguish it from competing American whiskies.
