Tasting Notes

Colour

Deep amber with warm copper tones and a mahogany edge.

Nose

Opulent aroma of dried apricot and raisin, with orange zest and vanilla. Sherry-cask warmth reveals fig, almond, and cocoa, wrapped in polished oak. A hint of tobacco and smoke adds refinement, while caramelized sweetness lingers.

Palate

Silky and full-bodied, with sherry-influenced depth. Dried fig, raisin and plum mingle with dark chocolate, toffee and almond, lifted by soft spice and polished oak. The finish is long, refined and subtly nutty, with a warmth that lingers.

Finish

Long, refined finish of dried fruit and cocoa, with sherry sweetness underpinning orange zest and vanilla. Leather-tinged oak lingers, a warm spice glow trailing the palate and inviting the next sip.
