Kinclaith (silent)
(Kin-KLATHE) Kinclaith is one of Scotland’s rare closed Lowland single malt distilleries, built inside the Strathclyde grain distillery complex in Glasgow. Established in 1957, it was an unusual malt distillery from the start, created within a large grain whisky site rather than as a traditional standalone distillery. Its spirit was produced mainly for blending, with a close association to Long John blended Scotch whisky.
