Bottega White Gold is a Venezia DOC Brut sparkling wine produced from Glera, Chardonnay and Pinot grapes grown between the provinces of Treviso and Venice. Designed to express the character of its Veneto origins, the blend combines the freshness of Glera with the body of Chardonnay and the natural acidity of Pinot. Its polished white-gold bottle gives the wine the distinctive presentation associated with Bottega’s premium sparkling range.
Straw yellow with golden reflections and a fine, persistent perlage, White Gold offers aromas of apple and peach accompanied by delicate hawthorn blossom, honey and hints of dried fruit. The palate is soft and elegant, balancing fresh fruit, rounded texture and refreshing acidity. An excellent aperitif, it also works particularly well with seafood risotto, grilled fish, shellfish, vegetable dishes and white meats.
