Bottega Stardust Black is a Prosecco DOC Extra Brut from the province of Treviso, created to showcase a more sophisticated and complex side of Prosecco through extended fermentation and maturation. Based predominantly on Glera alongside Chardonnay and Pinot, the wine is presented in an extraordinary black bottle decorated by hand with approximately 3,000 black crystals, complemented by a glittered label and capsule.
The wine has a straw-yellow colour with golden reflections and a fine, persistent perlage. Aromas of ripe apple and pear are joined by bread crust and more developed notes derived from maturation, while the palate is dry, savoury and persistent. At 11.5% ABV and with just 6g/l of residual sugar, it offers a distinctly crisp Extra Brut profile with enough depth to accompany oysters, seafood and more elaborate fish dishes.
