Giulio Ferrari Riserva del Fondatore sits at the pinnacle of the Ferrari Trento range and is widely regarded as one of Italy's benchmark traditional-method sparkling wines. Made exclusively from carefully selected Chardonnay and produced only as a vintage Riserva, it undergoes exceptionally long ageing on the lees to develop remarkable depth, complexity and longevity.

Named in honour of Ferrari's founder, this prestigious Extra Brut Trentodoc combines the freshness and precision of mountain Chardonnay with the richness created by prolonged cellar maturation. It is a powerful yet finely balanced sparkling wine intended for slow appreciation and capable of developing further with age.
