Bottega Gold Diamond is a premium Prosecco DOC Extra Brut created as part of Bottega’s long-running project to explore a more complex and refined expression of Prosecco. Produced in the province of Treviso, the wine is made using extended fermentation to develop greater structure, aromatic depth and longevity. Presented in Bottega’s distinctive mirrored bottle, the design is finished with crystals forming the Bottega name for an appropriately luxurious presentation.
Straw yellow with golden reflections and a fine, persistent mousse, the bouquet combines juicy apple and pear with bread crust, sage and marjoram. The palate is notably dry and savoury, with ripe fruit, subtle bready complexity and a persistent finish. An elegant Extra Brut particularly suited to oysters, seafood and refined aperitif occasions.
