Bottega Rose Gold is a Brut rosé sparkling wine produced entirely from Pinot Nero grapes grown in Lombardy. The grapes are vinified as a rosé before undergoing a second fermentation using the Martinotti method, producing an elegant sparkling wine that combines Pinot Nero's fruit character with freshness and fine, persistent bubbles. Brilliant pale pink in colour, the bouquet is intense and elegant, with floral notes alongside redcurrant, wild strawberry and mixed berries. The palate is fresh, delicate and softly textured, with balanced acidity, good structure and a pleasantly persistent finish.
