The Bookers Noe Bourbon is always bottled in very small batches and at full cask strength. This particular batch has been bottled at 63.7%ABV. It is not for the faint hearted. Amazingly complex Bourbon.

Subtle anise threads mingle with herbaceous hints of basil and spearmint, while a bright corn sweetness keeps the aroma sunny and concentrated, foreshadowing the bold cask-strength drama to come.
Palate
Concentrated and full-bodied, the palate carries a syrupy corn foundation washed in caramel and vanilla, with traces of anise and char. Basil and spearmint thread through the sweetness, while oak and peppery spice build to a long, warming finish. At 63.7% ABV the heat is pronounced yet integrated, revealing more with a splash of water.

Long, warming finish that lingers with caramel and vanilla sweetness, underpinned by char and oak. Spicy notes of cinnamon and pepper ride atop a mint and basil lift, finishing with a syrupy, persistent warmth that clings well after the sip.
