"A straightforward collection of bourbon's greatest hits-caramel,vanilla, anise, char, hints of basil and spearmint, with a corn mouthfeel almost as thick as syrup. Because the abv is so high you will taste more after you add water."

The Bookers Noe Bourbon is always bottled in very small batches and at full cask strength. This particular batch has been bottled at 63.7%ABV. It is not for the faint hearted. Amazingly complex Bourbon.
