Silky, honeyed nose of vanilla and toasted barley, brightened by orchard fruits and dried apricot. A delicate sherry sweetness lingers, with almond, caramel and a touch of cocoa on warm oak.

Palate

Silky and mouth-coating, this 12-year-old delivers honeyed sweetness with a gentle toffee core. Subtle orchard fruit—pear and apple—rests with toasted almond and soft oak. A whisper of spice—cinnamon and nutmeg—emerges, carried by a delicate sherried warmth that lingers into a refined finish.

Finish

Silky, long finish with vanilla, toffee and toasted oak, threaded with dried fruit and a gentle sherry sweetness, fading to a warm kiss of cocoa and spice.
