Elegant and approachable, this Ballantines Finest nose unfurls with honeyed vanilla, soft toffee and creamy malt. Subtle orchard fruits—green apples and ripe pears— mingle with gentle almond and a whisper of oak. A delicate, refined bouquet that feels warm, balanced and inviting.

Palate

Silky and gentle, the palate offers honeyed toffee, orchard fruit and vanilla over creamy malt. Subtle sherry warmth adds dried fruit, cocoa and almond, with soft oak and spice lending polish. A refined, clean finish with understated sweetness.

Finish

Long, velvety finish with sherried warmth—raisin and fig fruit, toasted oak, vanilla and cocoa, fading into delicate spice.

(BAL-un-tynes) Ballantine’s traces its roots to 1827, when George Ballantine opened a grocery shop in Edinburgh before moving into wines and spirits in 1836. The business expanded steadily, exporting worldwide by 1881, and in 1895 George Ballantine & Son received a Royal Warrant from Queen Victoria. Ballantine’s Finest followed in 1910, giving the brand the blend that still sits at the centre of the range today.
