Fresh and inviting, the nose unfolds with honeyed orchard fruit, apple and pear, lifted by vanilla and toffee. Subtle sherry notes echo in dried fruits and raisins, while almond, gentle oak, and a whisper of cocoa spice add refinement, finishing with a bright citrus zest.

Palate

Silky, creamy on the palate, with honeyed sweetness and vanilla. Orchard fruit and toffee mingle with subtle sherry-cask spice, toasted almond and a hint of citrus zest. Balanced oak supports a long, velvety finish with cocoa and spice.

Finish

Elegant and long, the finish reveals honeyed sweetness with dried fruit and vanilla, underscored by toasted oak. A subtle spice lingers, warming and fading into a creamy, lasting glow.
