Baker’s is a single barrel Kentucky straight bourbon from the Jim Beam Small Batch Collection, named after Baker Beam, grand-nephew of Jim Beam and a longtime distiller within the Beam family. Each bottle is drawn from an individual barrel and aged for a minimum of seven years, allowing the character of that particular cask to remain distinctive rather than being blended for uniformity. This bottle was barreled in December 2016 and matured for 7 years and 3 months.

Bottled at a robust 53.5% ABV (107 proof), Baker’s combines the richness of mature Kentucky bourbon with plenty of intensity and oak structure. Expect layers of caramel, vanilla and toasted nuts alongside dark fruit, baking spices and charred oak, leading into a warming, lingering finish.
