Tasting Notes

Colour

Bright golden amber with warm honey undertones.

Nose

Soft, inviting nose of warm malt and orchard fruit, lifted by a delicate sherry sweetness. Dried apricot and raisin mingle with toasted almond, vanilla, and subtle oak. A gentle spice—cinnamon and nutmeg—adds warmth, with a faint cocoa lift completing the aroma.

Palate

Silky and light on the palate, with a malt-forward sweetness. Sherry-cask warmth reveals raisin and orange zest, while honeyed caramel and soft oak impart creaminess and a warm, lingering spice finish.

Finish

Medium-length finish that lingers with dusky dried fruit, cocoa and almond, tempered by a delicate sherry sweetness. Warm oak frames a final whisper of orange zest, leaving a refined, mellow sweetness that gradually fades.
