Tasting Notes

Colour

Deep amber with coppery-bronze highlights and a mahogany edge, glistening with a warm, sunlit glow and subtle ruby warmth.

Nose

Rich sherry-soaked aroma of dried fig and raisin, braided with toffee and vanilla. Notes of dark chocolate, toasted almond, and orange zest rise over warm oak and gentle spice, delivering a velvety, inviting nose with a refined, celebratory depth.

Palate

Silky and medium-bodied on the palate, this blend coats the tongue with sherried richness—dark plum, fig and raisin mingling with velvety toffee and cocoa. Spiced oak and gentle cinnamon lift the finish, leaving a warm, long lingering sweetness and a polished, gourmand allure.

Finish

Luxuriously long finish with sherry-soaked sweetness and toasted oak. Dried fig and raisin linger, followed by cocoa, espresso and a warming spice that slowly fades to a silky, polished finish.
