Colour

Golden amber with warm honey hues and a sunlit, copper-tinged glow.

Nose

Polished barley and warm malt rise first, mingling with honeyed orchard fruit and a touch of citrus zest. Vanilla and soft oak bring gentle sweetness, while a delicate sherry lift adds dried fruit and almond notes. A whisper of smoke lingers, giving the aroma a refined, memorable balance.

Palate

Silky and balanced on the palate, with soft malt sweetness and honeyed fruit. Subtle sherry warmth brings dried fig and raisin, while vanilla, toffee and toasted oak weave through a gentle spice. A warm, cocoa-tinted finish lingers with almond whispers.

Finish

Long, velvety finish with dried fruit, almond and cocoa notes, carried by a delicate sherry sweetness. Warmth lingers, tapering to a refined sigh that invites the next pour.
