Tasting Notes

Colour

Deep amber with coppery highlights and a mahogany glow.

Nose

A lush sherried bouquet of fig and raisin with orange zest, dark chocolate, and toffee. Silky vanilla and honey weave through toasted almond and oak, while gentle spice—cinnamon and clove—adds depth and a faint tobacco-nut finish.

Palate

Silky, full-bodied and indulgent, the palate unfolds with sherried sweetness: raisin, fig and date mingle with dark chocolate and toffee. Plush caramel coats toasted oak, while almond, cocoa nib and gentle spices—cinnamon and nutmeg—linger into a long, warming finish.

Finish

Long, velvety finish drenched in sherry influence: dried figs and orange zest melt into dark chocolate, while toasted oak and vanilla carry the warmth. Subtle spices linger, a gentle drying note that slowly fades to espresso and toasted almonds.
