Unlike many amarettos that rely on apricot kernels, Adriatico uses 100% real Filippo Cea almonds from Apulia, roasted, macerated, and distilled.
Blended with vanilla, cinnamon, cocoa, a hint of coffee, and rounded out with a pinch of sea salt from Margherita di Savoia—echoing the coastal name “Adriatico”.
This exceptional amaretto uses about half the sugar of traditional amarettos (approximately 205 g/L), delivering a drier, more nuanced flavor.
