Mouse Kingdom Bunny Jackson's Chicken Wing Liqueur

Created by Manchester's Mouse Kingdom Liqueurs in collaboration with Bunny Jackson's, Chicken Wing Liqueur is exactly as unconventional as its name suggests. Made using chicken wings alongside Bunny Jackson's signature spice rub and wing sauce, the recipe also incorporates rescued onion peels, red chilli, sugar, salt and MSG, all built around a UK-grown winter wheat vodka base.

Bottled at 35% ABV, the result is a rich and deeply savoury liqueur combining warming spice, chilli heat and umami with the unmistakable character of seasoned chicken wings. Designed with cocktails in mind, it makes an especially unusual addition to spicy Margaritas, Bloody Marys and exceptionally dirty Martinis.
