Mouse Kingdom Wild Garlic Liqueur is an unusual limited-edition savoury liqueur made in Manchester using wild garlic hand-foraged from the south bank of the River Mersey in early spring 2025. The freshly gathered garlic was cleaned before being infused into UK-grown winter wheat spirit, capturing the distinctly fresh, green character of the plant.

Initially dry, tangy and intensely herbaceous, the liqueur was allowed to develop for more than eight months, becoming richer, rounder and increasingly savoury with time. Bottled at 40% ABV, it offers a distinctive combination of fresh herbs, gentle garlic, earthy funk and savoury depth. Particularly well suited to a Dirty Martini, Bloody Mary or savoury G&T.
